Built by forwarders, not just software.
We started as a three-person customs desk in 2004. Today we're an 18-hub network — but every shipment still gets a named forwarder who answers the phone.
Freight forwarding, the way it should have always worked.
Global Link Logistics was founded in 2004 by a small team of customs brokers who were tired of watching shippers get bounced between carriers, brokers, and trucking companies with no single point of accountability.
We built the company around one idea: one forwarder should own your shipment from booking to final delivery — across any mode, any border, any carrier. Two decades later, that's still how we operate, just at a much larger scale.
We now coordinate air, ocean, and road freight for manufacturers, retailers, and distributors across 140+ countries, with regional teams who know the customs quirks and port congestion patterns of their own lanes.
Three commitments we measure ourselves against.
One point of contact
Your named forwarder owns the shipment across every mode and carrier — no handoffs, no re-explaining your cargo.
Rates you can plan around
We quote all-in, with surcharges disclosed up front — not added after your cargo is already loaded.
Compliance first
Licensed customs brokerage in every region we operate, so your cargo doesn't sit in a bonded warehouse.
